  • The store itself is pretty cool and big with a large selection. So why the 2 stars? Because it was pretty cool and big with a large selection. Hah! Yes, it pretty much ends right there. Before we walk into the store last night, I believe I saw about 3-4 employees huddled in the front by a rack of clothes just talking to one another. My man was like let's just go in, I was like ummmm... But wth, we went in & just as I thought... no greeting at all... damn, someone could've stole something and no one would notice. We go upstairs, checked it out a bit then left. As we left, 1/3-4 employees said something. Wow, no greeting and 1 acknowledged us when we left. As someone who used to work in retail, in fact, a department shoe store, I am all about customer service. Something this store is lacking! Maybe additional training would help...
