  • Dear REI Chandler/Phoenix, I have been a long time customer and expect the "quality" service that has been your staple from the beginning. Your staff lacks customer service. Not once were we greeted nor in almost all the departments. I came looking for running shoes and the two gentlemen staffers ignored me, along with the outdoor camping/cookware dept. As one of the most up to date stores I have recently visited, you can learn from the Tucson store. There you experience great customer service and are always greeted at the door. I hate being harsh but this was truly sad.
