  • Just Switched from Century Link to Cox get Bundle $140.00/month.When you get new Sercvice Sales Rep doesn't tell you they going to charge you instalation $100,even I did had extsting Internet service with them. 2 weeks later I found out my bill is $280!!! SIn total shocked I did call them,all they say : Sorry the Rep didn't tell you that!!! LOL Feels like you talking to Retards.Then they came up with Over Due bill $38,bill I never got,plus they charged you $8 for a Late FEES!!!! What a Joke.!!! Had to call again to found out what is Over Due bill, you have to pull the Teeth from them to understand what is Over Due bill. Scam no matter who you do biz with!!!! Payig for Phone line that doesn't even exist!!! They say if you get Bundle the service is Cheaper!!!! Century Link or COX ....SUCK!!! All they do RIP you off!!!
