  • Blanca was nice initially but then when i would give her any input he was constantly complaining about how my hair was really long and thick. She didn't style my hair, just did a flat iron with a lot of shine oil spray that I had to wash out b/c it was irritating my scalp. I use dot go to Whitney here, a while back and she was amazing but Blanca, cut my hair incorrectly, with uneven layers on one side which I will have to go get corrected. She was impatient, rude and flat out had no concept of customer service. If you are used to higher end salons with people who are not complainers, don't go here.
