Review is ranked based on membership cancellation. I've called countless times. You can not leave a voicemail/ emails go unanswered. Even the Yelp reviews go unanswered with no management rebuttal. They just clearly do not give a care. I moved out of state. I was able to talk to someone 3 times. All promised me that since I was unable to come in and sign a cancellation form that they were removing my card information. (This was a blatant lie). Only to find out 30 days later that I was billed again! Spoke to Andy who assured me I would be getting a call back about the charges and never got a follow up. I filled a charge back dispute with my bank and had to block them from the account. It should never escalate to that level. Do yourself a favor when cancelling. Block them from your account and file a complaint with the BBB and file a consumer protection complaint with the Nevada Attorney general. Maybe then they'll learn how to properly run a business.
