  • I had been doing my research for the last few months on local BMW service shops. My experiences with the few dealerships in town had not been courteous and quite rude. That's when I found this local shop in Mesa. I scheduled my appointment for an oil service and got a few quotes on some minor repairs. The gentleman that helped me was fairly knowledgeable and gave me upfront costs without overselling additional services. Some time that's what we all want, a clean shop with honest people that know what they're talking about. BTW the waiting area was clean and quaint, and will take my laptop again if I need to wait while my 750i gets work done. Thanks guys, I'll be back!
