| - I'm a first-time bride, and Krissy's lack of customer service in the alterations dept. during my final fitting appointment was astounding and disappointing, especially considering the cost of my dress and alterations, and the great service of everyone else on staff at this location in the alterations dept. Krissy's body language, tone and facial expressions strongly conveyed that she didn't want to be there, and she was rude and shockingly unattentive to myself and to my bridal party. Her unpleasant attitude really ruined what should have been a very special day for my loved ones and myself. She didn't make me feel comfortable or taken care of whatsoever. I had to take the dress back for a second "final" fitting and alteration (which for me is a 3 hour drive both ways) because she would not listen to any of my concerns, let alone address them. In fact, she spent most of her time trying to entertain my Matron of Honor's 9 year old daughter - which I found very peculiar and inappropriate considering her negative behavior towards everyone else in the room - including myself, the bride. I am saddened by my experience with this particular employee. However, Carol in alterations was amazing and absolutely a doll! Due to my having to drive 3 hours for a second fitting, she made sure everything was fixed and I could actually (((breathe)))) in my dress. My Matron of Honor and I were so touched by her genuine care and concern, and how she not only expressed her concern but was attentive to my needs and reversed all the negativity I was feeling beforehand due to my terrible experience with Krissy. You are in GOOD HANDS with Carol in the alterations dept - she cares about her job and she cares about you - the bride!! I just wish I hadn't experienced the worst before Carol stepped up to the plate.
