  • My good feeling about Bradley Carpet Cleaning started with the reviews I read on this website. After seeing the five-star reviews, I called to schedule an appointment and left a message. Brian's wife called back within a very short period of time. As soon as we finished our conversation, she sent me a confirmation text with all the information. The day before our appointment, we were sent a reminder text. Brian arrived on time. He explained everything that he was going to do with our bedroom carpet. When bringing in the equipment and hoses, he protected the corners of our walls where he had to come in with the hose. Very meticulous with the cleaning. Even swept our sidewalk when he left. We had a big area rug in the bedroom and when we took it out several months ago, you could see where the rug had been. I had been unable to get it clean. It now looks like the area rug was never there. The carpet looks great. We're looking at replacing the carpet in our living room. Brian was very helpful in recommending what types to use and not use. Told us we could call him anytime with questions about cleaning and/or what types of carpet to buy. Brian and his wife were very friendly and helpful!! I would definitely hire him again!!!
