  • Simple, fast and no pressure. Chad was able to work with me on my trade in as well as purchasing an A4 fully loaded at a great price. From sales to the service as well as the finance department the entire experience was great. Chad kept things 2 steps ahead and was able to answer any questions I had. The level of service is equal to the quality of the cars. I definitely recommend anyone who's interested in making an Audi purchase that this be your first stop. Even if you don't purchase then, you'll have a great start for what your expectations should be when purchasing a new vehicle.
