  • So first time order from here through GrubHub. I'm sick and live just 3 miles away, but still took an hour and half to arrive. Called at 20 min past quoted arrival. Rude person indicated that the driver had left then practically hung up on me. Please note my order was 5:47 pm on a Monday. Traffic might be a bit crazy but there's no way that should have taken another 20 min or so after that. Ok so the food. Got the rare beef and well done brisket. Literally 2 pieces of the rare beef and 4 tiny brisket slices. Now pho isn't exactly the meatiest soup and this was about $8 off the menu. Get extra beef. The broth was very good. I expected to hate on the broth but it was great, and my sickly self needed it. Wasn't into their egg roll. I've had this many other Vietnamese places and this had an unusual ingredient that felt like shredded cooked potato which I don't think it was, but made the texture inside off. Nice and crispy on the outside though, so definitely not all bad. Overall, if I order here again I'll plan for completely ridiculous delivery time, get extra broth and extra meat, skip the egg rolls but I will only order here if I'm too sick to leave the house again. So yeah, not terrible food but disappointing service.
