Ugh, we called in advance to get a quote. We were asked many questions (took about 15-20 minutes). Got a quote, was told that they'd top off fluids, free car wash, and run a full-car diagnostic.
We arrived today and we were asked the same questions and it took approximately the same time as when we were on the phone and we got a completely different price. That was pretty annoying, but if they did a good job... I wouldn't mind paying more than I was originally quoted. It took about an hour or so. I didn't mind. I don't want them to rush, I want them to do a great job on our car. We got the report of what was done to our car... No diagnostic. Asked if they topped off fluids. Nope. Our car was parked and we were walking towards it, it didn't even look like they scrubbed the car. Only reason I knew they attempted to "wash" the car was cause our car was still soaked.
The little waiting area inside was alright. The employees were messing around inside. A girl and guy were behind the counter and the guy was whispering in her ear and they were play fighting with each other... In front of customers. Omg. I feel bad for this "family owned" business. Get ready to be shut down. Lol! Or at the very least... Hire people who act professional. We will not come back.
