We have slowly had Rolladen Rolling shutters installed on every window and exterior door of our home, at a pretty hefty price, I should add. So when we had a shutter get "hung up" and not rotate completely closed when the wall switch was used we called for service to check out the problem. Rita informed us the parts were free but the trip charge was going to be $95. So, a week later Jose shows up and tells us "oh, it's probably from the heat and dirt; you should take a brush and just clean between the slats." This took him a total of what....10 seconds? Rita couldn't have used her head and maybe made a similar suggestion? So I said to him, "For that you are charging me $95?" He said he'd call the office to see if it could be waived, (since he didn't do a damn thing). But nope, they want their $95 and they have now totally lost this house for any future service or any future house we will buy. We
will have Nevada Rolling Shutters install every one of them and they will repair any issues that may arise. This is the second home we have shuttered through Rolladen Rolling Shutters and we hope anyone considering them will instead give your business to Nevada Rolling Shutters who incidentally sell a superior product, are a family owned and operated business and are as honest as the day is long. Be assured I am not an employee, relative or friend of anyone who owns or works at Nevada Rolling Shutters. I am just a totally fed-up consumer who is tired of dealing with rip-off vendors who think we can be taken advantage of at every whim they can come up with. Gr-r-r-r!!
