  • Very disappointing. Have bought four pair of boots within the past year. The latest pair, a 2nd purchase of Ariats, was made thru layaway. I returned them them to the store today - within 30-days of taking possession, less than 60-days from the initial layaway transaction - because they were extremely uncomfortable over the course of a day's wearing. I was hoping for some leniency due to my dissatisfaction with the boots & knowing that the boots are in resale condition. Initially the store manager was open to working with me to find a mutual win-win resolutation, however, they eventually cowered behind the policy stating that it had been more than 30-days since I put the boots on layaway and that 'I was stuck with the boots.'
