  • Check in was very smooth and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The hotel is gorgeous but it seems as though a lot of the arcade stores are empty. They did have what looked to be a nice place to get a mani pedi but we didn't have enough time. You have to use your key card to get from the first 2 floors to your room, which is a nice safety feature. The ceilings in the rooms are SO tall! It makes the rooms feel gigantic. The small sofa in our room was a bit worn but the room was clean and comfy in general. Loved that the heat or ac is controlled in the rooms and comes from vents in the walls as opposed to those gigantic boxes under the windows that so many hotels have. Makes for better air circulation. Bathroom was decent size and included your typical amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap). It was clean and the water pressure was great and temperature got nice and hot. A quick word of advice, avoid room 601 and probably all the 01 rooms (301,401,501, etc) if you don't like elevator noise. The rooms are larger, but no view and they are located directly behind the elevator so you hear the whooshing all night long. Wasn't a problem for us though I found it comforting. Only dark spot was that there was vomit in one of the elevators at 7pm. I let someone know and they cleaned it up ASAP. I don't know what is wrong with people!
