  • I am truly disappointed with the inconsistent greeting and customer service exhibited. I feel depending on what brand I have on, I am greeted. If I have on yoga pants from working out it as if I don't exist. I watch greetings being based on appearance. That's not customer service at all. Also their shoe selection and store caters to an older demographic. It will continue to lose or not touch Millennial customers due to online shopping or competitors, due to lack of selection of clothing and shoes.
