  • Went there even though I saw the low score. At the drive thru I was advised it would take 10 minutes to cook the chicken. I decided to stay. I had ordered 2 family meals with 2 extra biscuits. After I paid they told me they didn't have enough biscuits. They advised me another 10 minutes. I pulled around and waited. They finally brought my food. After getting home they didn't give me my extra biscuits I paid and waited for. She also forgot the honey and butter she promised would be in there!
