  • This company is a joke. As if prices aren't high enough. I just had a baby and wanted to start tanning again well in the process of starting my membership and downgrading it to a level useful for me at this point I wasted 2 weeks of tanning I didn't get to use yet STILL am being charged for. I emailed and waited and waited and was told I'd be credited and corporate would fix my account which was crap because the "credit" of the difference isn't even worth a thing after paying for 2 weeks I couldn't use because I did and waited for corporate. I wish I could just have my money back and go elsewhere. I had much better experience with palm Beach.
