| - Absolute WORST experience at a Pep Boys ever! Our car was in need of a battery recently, and after an excellent experience in a San Bernadino PB's a couple years ago, where they went above and beyond the call of duty(even past closing time) we thought for sure the Customer Service excellence in Las Vegas could surpass that, we purchased a Bosch battery ONLINE and set up an appointment as well for a 5 o'clock install. All this was done at 8 in the morning, giving an entire day for any changes to be made. When my husband left work early to make the 5pm appt, he was told by 'Crystal' they did not have an appt for him- which he showed her was confirmed online. She also told him he did not pay enough for the battery- which he proved to her he did by again, showing her the confirmation of purchase. She then told him HE purchased the wrong battery, which AGAIN he showed her, according to PEP BOYS website, he purchased the EXACT correct battery, she began arguing, that he could clearly see the difference in the batteries, which he AGAIN proved her wrong by showing her there was no IMAGES on the batteries on the pep boys website. ( No image available tends to happen that way). After waiting an hour for someone to install the battery he had a confirmed appointment for, he told them , put my old one back, cancel the battery I purchased and get me out of here. This person wanted to do nothing more than argue - and lost every argument she attempted to make, was overly passively aggressive and really of low caliber intelligence. Is this the face of the company you want to represent? When I called the shop after to find our who was the manager, "Crystal' answered the phone, and wanted to continue with her snotty attitude and informed me SHE was the manager. Gasp! No, I would NEVER recommend this place to ANY one I know. In fact, I would tell them to avoid it like the plague. Run!!
