  • I really enjoyed Timo. It's new, so I've only been there once so far, but I can't wait to go back. I tried the Brie soup, and it was amazing. The flatbreads (pizzas?) were delicious too. We had one with crushed peppers, truffle oil, and 3 cheeses...I think. The item listed on the menu was slightly different than what we received, but it was delicious nonetheless. Small and intimate restaurant up front, with very nice ambiance. Great bar too. More seating outside in the back. A place you want to go and hang out at for a while, maybe try a Hendricks Gin. Take your time, lounge, order plenty, enjoy...that's what I'll be doing next time I'm at Timo anyway.
