  • I have to say my lower rating is based on how much I loved The Library when I first moved back to the 'Burgh... the last few times I have been there were simply not the same. Not only has the quality in food and service gone down the pooper, but I think they were doing menu changes simply to make more money and it was very evident to the customers. They were once known for their half price apps later in the evening, well, many of those apps are no longer considered apps. Anyone with a brain can see why they moved the items. If you are going to make these types of changes, do it in a better fashion. That is just my two cents as someone who has always been involved in sales/marketing/promotions. Even though we live right by here, I do not know if it is a place that I will frequent. I may give it a shot again some other time but that is it. If I want to enjoy myself, have good bites and brews with good service, there are plenty of other options!
