  • I have just purchased a sofa from Crate and Barrel. I opted to finalize my order with a store manager to ensure accurate knowledge and give me peace of mind. The manager made sure every question was thoroughly answered and completed my order efficiently and conveniently. I feel very confident about their warranty. I have dealt with quite a few furniture stores while I was shopping around and this is the only store that actually stated that they stand behind their products and gave examples of how they have done so in the past. The furniture industry in Calgary had not left me with a good feeling until Crate and Barrel. I look forward to receiving my furniture and will definitely add another review about the piece once it arrives and I get a chance to test it out. Stay tuned.
