  • I am beyond impressed with Dr Tim at affiliated pediatric dentistry in Scottsdale. My five-year-old son had been to three previous pediatric dental offices. The first one we went to said he had three cavities without being able to finish x-rays. With my sons hi gag reflex we decided to try the liquid medicine that helps him calm down along with gas. My son reacted and the reverse effect came into play which made him more hyper and anxious. The second office we tried told us to go somewhere else. The third office we tried said we needed to do anesthesia and put him out to fill his cavities. I of course did not want to put my so under just to fill cavities at the age of five. My last resort was to try affiliated pediatric dentistry. We made an appointment, came in expecting to schedule an anesthesia appointment. That same day Dr. Tim was able to get x-rays and a full exam without any medicine or laughing gas. Yesterday my son got his only cavity taken care of only using laughing gas. Dr. Tim is truly amazing and he has such a unique and different way with children. I cannot think of any other way to explain him other than a child wizard. We have definitely found a dental home for our children.
