I had a chip in the glass that on impact spread a tiny amount. I was HOPING that it could be repaired. I have 2014 Dodge 1500 and didn't want to replace the windshield. I took it to T&S to see if it WAS repairable first. (The place is a full repair body shop, the glass is upstairs for anyone lost like I was) They agreed and set up an appointment. They warned me, DO NOT LET THE GLASS GET WET or they could not do the repair that day. I woke up, of course, rain in the forecast. Marshall called me early and said he would put me first to beat the rain.
He showed up 10 minutes later. He was quick moving and had it repaired FAST. It looks GREAT too. I thought it was going to be repaired but look bad. You can't even tell it was repaired. FYI I did not want to use my insurance since I had a claim earlier this year. The repair was 50 bucks flat. WELL WORTH it when you consider a new windshield would be in the 500 plus range! He warned me about the glass repair people at car washes, He also taught me how to tell when a chip needs repair or not. These guys are going in my contacts list on my phone. Anyone who lived in AZ long enough knows we have more junk on our roads than any other state!
