very unhappy with Dr. Yin. He is condescending, inpatient- more concerned about documentation then speaking to me regarding my son and his symptoms. I left the clinic very unhappy, Dr. Yin ended up calling me to apologize to me about how the visit went. Dr.Yin literally had a full consultation over the phone with me regarding my sons health which should have taken place at the visit.
Went through with the surgery-"my fault"- my son started having ear pain which is expected when recovering- but this ear pain didn't seem normal. I called the office to advised them of his symptoms i was ignored and told this was normal. My sons Symptoms were- fever 102.1,diarrhea, right ear pain with drainage- this again was normal they said. I advised the MA Rhonda that i will have my son evaluated at a Urgent care and her response was make sure you tell them he had surgery 8 days ago.
Went to urgent care- sure enough he had a right ear infection, at this point i was very upset. I called the office again to cancel my one month post op visit and to advise Rhonda what they found. She didn't sympathize at all. Dr. Yin end up calling me to talk down to me and to offer me to come in and be re-evaluated as a lot of physicians miss diagnose ear infections- I advised Dr. Yin that i called his office twice that day to come in and i was pushed away- I declined to come in.
I don't recommend Dr.Yin! I was warned prior by a good friend but i brushed her off because i felt like we have our own opinions about people but no, everything she felt and told me about Dr. Yin is the same way he treated me and my son.
