  • I don't usually go to dry cleaners so I don't really have a point of reference for what I'm looking for (I did, however, avoid a few places in Pittsburgh of which I read truly unsettling reviews) but my three coats came out fresh and clean and where lovingly wrapped and grouped together. Pricing wasn't bad (~$28 for three coats) and I got a discount for paying when I dropped them off. The customer service was great and as a petite woman lugging three winter coats out of a little shop downtown with a few steps to walk up, the door was held for me as I happily went on my way. The downtown location is also convenient to my location in Bloomfield via the Strip. Five stars because I have a fresh new start to the winter season, the customer service was great, and I think Strong II is a business we Pittsburghers should all support!
