  • On friday we called and emailed this company hoping they could help us with a home repair - we were left without functional bathrooms in our home so this was pressing. They emailed us back to let us know they'd be in touch Monday to set up an appointment with us. They did not get in touch, so we called again Tuesday, an employee said Joe was not available but would call us back asap to schedule the visit for an estimate. They just never called us back. I wish they would have just let us know right away that they were too busy to take us on as a client instead of keeping us waiting.
