  • Seems like they are too busy to care! I used to love going here because of their customer service and how the owner Ben treats everyone but today was the second time I was snubbed. I went in three months ago and had my thumbnail ripped off because the girl was going so fast taking off my gel polish! I complained to no avail he just said sorry..... Then today my family and I had made appointments but the girl took down the wrong time. Hey no problem miscommunication.... No big deal we don't mind just getting polish changes on our toes instead.... I had to bring my 3 month old son so I fed him right before we came, who wants a fussy baby at a nail salon right, well apparently they don't care about that either! I waited over an hour and still had not been helped! As I asked the owner again it was a well, sorry! Ugh am I not that important to you?!? After all of that I left without getting a service done and will never be back again!
