  • The dispatch center at Middleburg heights is very unprofessional. They left no info-notice at door when they did the delivery attempt so I was completely unaware of the shipping status. Now the package is being sent back to the sender and UPS told me I'll have to pay for the shipping again even though it's UPS's fault.
