  • Terrible service. I have never been brushed off by a bartender like I was here. I have never been ignored like I was here. When my friend ordered a vodka-cranberry, and was asked which vodka, she ordered Tito's. The bartender started to pour Grey Goose. Before the bartender had finished pouring the incorrect liqour, my friend corrected her, and she was met with a spiteful gaze and no response. The bartender just made her drink and ignored us. The floors were absolutely filthy, trash and food was everywhere. I have never been treated as poorly as at el Hefe Scottsdale. I do not plan on visiting any of el Hefe's locations again, after this visit, and I advise all of you to not give el Hefe your business.
