The staff here are some of the most unprofessional and unethical people in the hospitality business. Do not patronize this business if you have a disability. I stayed here with two Blind people and we received nothing but problems since we checked in. One was walking through the casino by himself with his cane when his cane tapped a stool at one of the tables. The dealer basically told him he couldn't be there by himself even though he was just walking through the casino minding his own business. Then they had the nerve to say he was being unruly when he demanded to speak to see a supervisor and they said it was protocol that he needed to be there with someone else when he has never had issues walking through casinos by himself. There are ADA laws for a reason and people with disabilities have rights too. Not all blind people need an assistant with them.
Then, we were woken up at 2am by security for something about my other friend - he has a guide dog about falling or something. They couldn't wait until morning to ask him for his name and birthdate for their records? They seriously asked me to wake my friend up for this information. We went to security and received the same - this is just protocol BS. They're really just making sure they won't get sued. There was no apology, no solution, no offer to comp the room. Just a bunch of the runaround. The fun we tried to have during our stay was overshadowed by the annoyance and unnecessarily poor treatment of my friends.
Please train your employees on how to address those with disabilities.
My friend even had issues checking out and nearly missed his flight.
I will never patronize this hotel again. I'm so appalled by the way my friends were treated.
Run away and get as far from this place as possible.
