  • Played the Cholla course a couple months back, and IMHO thats a much more fun design, especially for a hacker like me. The staff was still the same - obnoxious, but this time I was mentally prepared. The greens were in super shape and the course was in great condition. I love their range, so much so that I went back and hot balls for almost an hour after my round. Not that I need to hit balls....LOL This is for the Saguaro course - Super nice course but very expensive, hence the 4-star instead of 5-star. The greens are fast but not crazy, the fairways and tee boxes are immaculate, and the practice facility is EXCELLENT. Paid almost $200 so what do you expect? The starter and marshal was an asshole, but aren't they all? He asked us to pick up the pace when we were literally half a shot behind and there was no one at least a couple of holes behind us - c'mon dude, get a life, or at the very least don't take this job THAT seriously. Great course though and must play once.
