  • When you work with Marcela, you will get VIP experience from start to finish.  Marcela is a fantastic real estate agent.  She is patient, reliable and worked diligently to help us find our dream home. As first time home buyers, we were not certain exactly what we were looking for.  I would select several homes we wanted to see and she would plan intricate routes throughout the city.  She insured we used our valuable time to see an amazing amount of homes in the short time we had available.  "You'll know it, when you see it," she kept reassuring us.  I  valued her experience and would often ask her what she thought of the homes and potential resale value. When we finally settled on the house we loved, she helped us through every step of the process.  She recommended an inspector, home warranty company, mortgage loan broker, and each of her recommendations were great.  She is a strong negotiator.  When we found a flaw with the house, she convinced the seller to take a loss on the property and give us several thousands of dollars to mitigate the issue.  It's because of this negotiation, that we were able to purchase the house and did not have to walk away from our dream home. We are grateful to have worked with Marcela and we recommend her highly.  Her sense of humor helped us get through the tough moments that come with the home buying process.  She advised us well and it's because of her we are living in our dream home at a price we were happy with.
