  • THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I purchased a new home in Dec, I called to have the name switched over; they told me they had everything taken care of. In January when I called to see where my bill was they said the first one takes a little longer and not to worry. By March I still hadn't got a bill. Called and they said they never finished processing it so the bills were getting sent somewhere else, I asked if I could Pay the balance so I wouldn't get a huge bill at the end and they told me know because it was in someone else's name. The guy working told me they would take some off for the inconvenience, by May I finally got my first bill of $350 which none had been taken care of, I called and they said "oh we can't take any off, but we'll work with you to let you get it paid". If I didn't have to you this shitty ass company I definitely wouldn't. If I didn't have to give them one star I wouldn't.
