  • DO NOT GET A SERVICE FROM L&S!!!We have been suffering 25days now without ac! We just bought this house last January, and we didnt able to check it if the ac unit is blowing cold air because that time the weather was really cold! Until summer time came, so when we tried to use our ac, it never works! So we contacted whoever can help us, 1st is The FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY!! they are SUCKS!! They send us the cheapest and WORST ac service L&S Airconditioning! they ripped us!! They tooked the original compressor of our unit then they went back then they put another compressor and they said its brandnew! But it never work!! They just left us and make us more suffer in the heat wave! especially our Kids! Then we contacted the home warranty again, trying to beg them to help us asap.. we requested a different ac service which is the ideal aircon service, according to them, the L&S ripped us, they brought and install an illegal compressor! its not even brand new! it was refurbished! it doesnt have a label on it or any information on the comp..and we even asked by them to pay t$400!But we cancelled our payment from the bank coz the ac never worked!!so we contacted the 1st American home warranty again, asking to give us a new ac unit, or even just a bn compressor if they cannot provide us a whole new unit! But they never did!! we kept on calling them but they hold us for how many times and drop our call! So BEWARE of the L&S and 1st AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY! They will not help you! EVER!! home warranty is not useful!If you need a honest service just call TNA! TOM will help you no matter what!24/7! Big NO NO to L&S and 1st American Home Warranty!!
