| - The perfect way to describe (Yonge Street) Warehouse is like that ex that you keep on getting back together with again and again. Each time you hope they are better than the last, but they never are. Each time you leave, you realize how big of a mistake it was, and you vow to never get back together (but you inevitably do for one reason or another).
That reason is probably the price, their biggest selling point - and the only reason why this establishment is not a 1 star. As everyone knows, all their menu items are $6, but that comes at the cost of everything else - service, food, setting, atmosphere, etc. The drinks there aren't that cheap either and are often watered down and packed to the brim with ice, so the place really has nothing going on for them but their prices.
I was here the other day with a couple coworkers and I ordered a burger with fries. It took them 30 minutes to get it to me (its not like they make the burger themselves, its obviously from frozen, which is understandable considering the price point). However, when I got the burger it was just warm, and so were the fries. I could clearly tell that both items were sitting there in the kitchen for a good 15-20 minutes before it got to my table. The waiter was rude and appeared disinterested (as usual per all Warehouse locations).
Overall, I rather spend my $6 at McDonalds or on some carrots at Starbucks.
