I had lived there for two and half years where I was relatively pleased but found many of the policies lacking. First the parking situation is a joke where you are putting people in danger making them cross a busy street by not allowing any guest parking on each street. Towing of vehicles is a nightly occurrence so visitors be warned. Two they claim to be a pet friendly community, they just fail to mention only in certain buildings. Even though they are being snuck in all the other buildings. Just make it a pet friendly community already. Three there are no office hours. How is this possible to run a business and get new renters when the office hours are so short no person working a 9-5 job can meet. Lastly the pool is in terrible shape. The surface is so rough and the water is often murky or green.
These were the small annoyances to the giant problem of maintenance issues. While most small maintenance issues were taken care of regularly very quickly the bigger issues that could cause significant damage were ignore or shoddily patched up. I had reported water damage on my balcony ceiling for years and it had gone unrepaired. I was told they had fixed my AC or other fix that was never requested while never addressing the ever-increasing hole in my ceiling. When I finally did move out the water damage was significant with dry wall flaking off and an obvious large amount of black mold. I guess they do not care about the significant damage that water can cause to a building.
Management is always turning over, which isn't super surprising. Sadly, though with every new change it seems to be getting worse. Amber and Alicia are beyond incompetent and can't even keep track of the correct paper work required to get anything done. They don't put in any effort to maintain the grounds or buildings.
