  • If you want to experience long waits and true bike snobbery, go here. The service may improve if you are over 40 and look like you have money, but dare you dress inappropriately...no bike for you! In all seriousness though, the service is pretty bad unless you know someone or look like you want to buy a several thousand dollar bike. If you need a new tube, go ahead. For a new ride, take your business elsewhere and support a local bike shop that cares.
