I used to go to Chompies every week to meet with a friend of mine who lived in NYC for many years. We liked that we could eat breakfast at any time of the day which is pretty common for this type of restaurant mostly found on the east coast. They allow for lots of modification on entrees and are pretty lenient when it comes to substitutions. For example I used to get an egg white omelette with 4 or 5 fillings - and most servers went out of their way input the order in the most cost effective way.
I recently went to Chompies to get some bakery items which I have never done before. The cookies and cupcakes are visually very appealing and look and taste fresh. These make for a nice leave behind at meetings or sales calls.
