  • I really, really wanted to love this place but sadly, it fell a little short. Let me begin by saying that Mina's is is fantastic! The service is top notch, atmosphere is lovely and the meats are phenomenal!! But where they fell short was the salad bar and sides... not many hot sides to choose from and a mildly lack lustre salad bar. While the options were above average for a buffet, there weren't too many to choose from. I will note that when the mashed potatoes had run out the floor manager did come to our table to let us know they'd been replenished. I will rave again that the meats, as mentioned were outstanding! Every single meat that was presented was succulent, seasoned perfectly and cooked just right!!
