  • Luis is an awesome manager here. I have never bought anything from this GC specifically but I gave it a 5 star review simply because of the customer service I received here. I bought this software online which requires a digital download and when I received the serial number to activate the product it kept coming up as invalid. I spent the whole next week emailing between GC's online customer service and the manufacturer and no one was able to help me. I went to this GC after work and got the problem resolved within 30 mins all thanks to Luis! If anyone has questions or a problem with one of the products I highly recommend coming here.
