Save your money and your time. An earlier reviewer commented that this is sort of like a glorified Hoarders episode, and I heartily concur.
The man who built the place obviously had some sort of obsession with junk, and did succeed in integrating some eclectic desert waste into a structure. His daughter apparently shared the same love of collecting, though some of her collected items were feline and purred.
A collection of stupid, creepy kitsch? Yes. A "castle" worthy of architectural inspiration? Methinks not.
If you want to see some cool architecture in the desert, do yourself a favor and go to Taliesin West, or drive around the Willo District in central Phoenix.
