  • Worst service ever. I will never return. The lady up front should read a book on simple customer service skills. No smile upon arrival much less no greeting at all. When I paid (made no verbal complaints) I said thank you and she didn't even look up to acknowledge me or say bye. Once she had my money, she was checked out. The simple stitch I needed on a pair of shorts looked like my 5 year old niece could have done better with her hands. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end. I was just desperate to get the job done in a few days. They barely have any jobs ready and hanging for people to pick up, must be because they have no compassion for their paying clients. I will continue to go to my own tailor on the other side of town even if I have to wait a week or so for alterations and pay double than have to ever support this terrible establishment. You get what you pay for.
