  • I signed up for caa last year and this year I noticed they took payments out twice. I called them to ask them why. They said I filled out the form online twice. So they took payments twice last year too. They told me there gonna refund me for last year and this this year. When I looked at my bank statement I only noticed they refunded me only one of the year. I called them back to see why they didn't refund me for both years. They told me they couldn't for last year cause they weren't allowed. Well I got screwed for 150$. If you sign up be careful and make sure sure they don't take payments out more than once. There always sending you pre-membership cards in the mail trying to get you to sign more of your family members. I personally think the membership is only good if you live paycheque to paycheque but if you money in the bank to pay for a tow when something does happen, I don't think you really need the membership. The amount of money I gave them already is over what I would of payed if anything happened.
