  • Gusto creates traditional type Italian dishes but then adds a twist to make them more decadent and rich tasting. For instance, their ravioli dish is made with lobster and mascarpone and drizzled with white truffle sauce. I tasted some of the chicken marsala and it was really well made- very juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. Overall a pleasant dining experience. A bit pricey, but with the expensive ingredients they use in their dishes, the price is justified.
