I wish I had gotten the manager's name who helped me out the other day. Completely my fault, but I misread the information for the $10 off a $50 toy purchase promotion and had Legos included in my purchase.
When I got to the register, I was already frustrated after shopping for Christmas gifts all day, and I was ready to go home. When my promotional discount didn't go through for the free gift card, the cashier read the fine print and told me that Legos were not included in the promotion. Again, completely MY fault, but I was frustrated and just wanted to get home. I was ready to say forget it and leave my purchases to come back for them the next day.
The manager on duty came by and honored the promotion regardless.
I can't tell you how much this means to me that a company this large with this many different stores would go out of their way to help out one frustrated holiday customer. This is the very reason why I love Target.
