| - A little nervous that my left ankle sprain hadn't heeled after three weeks, mom finally talked me into going to a doctor. After calling and yelping around, I found this Food & Ankle Center. I maybe the tenth review of this place, but genuinely this review can count for the hundred missing lol. Many regular patients were elderly and very happy with this office.
Number one: For those without insurance like me, they made it affordable for both the x-ray's and visit.
Number two: Very friendly over the phone scheduling the same-day appointment and checking in. When I got into the examination room, they offered mom and I a bottle of water. Also our wait time wasn't long and we were in and out in 45 minutes.
Number three: Newer x-ray machines and system.
Most importantly, Dr. Richard Gardner showed me the x-rays, even took one over to show me a different view of my ankle, and explained everything thoroughly. Above and beyond to me.
Thankfully, no broken bones just a strained tendon that will take more time. They didn't try to sell me on the shoes displayed in the lobby and even gave me a discount when I checked out. Absolutely, A+ center and doctors and mom was very happy when we left with them as well.
Located conveniently, right off of eastern on Horizon Ridge.
