  • It's been one week now since they guys from Atlas Plumbing came out to do a plumbing repair. And happy to report that it has been fixed! No more leak coming from the second floor. Atlas was actually 2nd on my list but since the other company was not available till the next day and the receptionist Vicki at Atlas said she can have someone out here in two hours, we went went Atlas and glad we did. Sean came over and did troubleshoot, figured out the problem and what needed to be done. He did not have the fixture in his truck but said they can be out the next morning. The next day, it was Keith who came out, he looked at the leak and verified the problem, and the pipe was fixed within the hour. The prices charged for residential repairs was fair and reasonable. In fact they did not charge us for the first day. The Atlas crew are all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being that they are local, family owned and have been in business 30+ years, I knew I can depend on them to follow thru. I definitely would recommend them to family and friends.
