  • I went today for the first time and it was not a pleasant experience. The class was decent but the staff were HORRENDOUS. As soon as I walked in, there were three people at the front desk badgering me with specials and paying for unlimited classes BEFORE I even had a chance to try one out to see if I like it. One of them was a bald older man who invaded my personal space by standing too close a couple of times. Their tone was aggressive and unpleasant. The instructor came out and as I was there with a friend she addressed the staff and asked, who else is coming, JUST THESE TWO? Very rude and dismissive. Be warned the class was very big, probably around 60 women squished like sardines. These people need to learn about customer service and not act like a money-grabbing operation with their fake positive energy.
