I was completely taken back by my experience today. My husband and I just moved to AZ and as we were driving on 60 our 2016 Explorer stalled and would not accelerate. We contacted the dealership letting them know we were on our way and they took my information and said that they would give it to the service department so they knew we were coming. When we arrive they did not know who we were. The man assigned to help us was rushed and seemed irritated with us. We purchased our Explorer in AL and has a great experience so we expected the same at this location and were sadly disappointed. The worker told us it would be a couple hours to fix it. When we asked for a courtesy car he said there was a shuttle. I then asked if my warranty covered a rental car and he turned back to his computer, typed some info in, turned back to us and said here's my card go around the corner to enterprise. He seemed irritated that we even asked.
Our vehicle is brand new and we have the best warranty offered and we expected to be treated with more respect. The least a worker could have done was apologize for the inconvenience and be polite. When someone is having car troubles they shouldn't have to worry about dealing with bad customer service also.
