We were in town for Spring Training, and decided to try out PIcazzo's gluten-free pizza. I am also dairy-free right now (my nursing baby reacts to it) so was excited to have pizza for the first time in a long time with goat cheese (they also sometimes have n-d mozz). It was expensive, but you don't go to an "organic Italian eatery" for cheap pizza. And WOW. I ate almost the whole medium pizza by myself, it was AMAZING. I took the last two pieces home for the next day, and they were even good reheated! My non-celiac husband tried the crust and said "hey, they've really perfected the gf crust!" He wanted to buy some dough balls, but unfortunately we live too far away to transport them cold. The assistant GM was great, very willing to work with my food restrictions, was wonderful with the kids, even gave my 3-yr old some pizza dough to play with to keep him busy waiting for his kids pizza. We found our new favorite restaurant in the Phoenix area! We'll DEFINITELY be back next time we're on town. HIGHLY Recommended!
